You should now be able to access the Vets Now Zone and find what you need. Please contact Vets Now staff directly if you need any help with the e-learning content.

Sorry Shailen, me again. I just tried logging in to my training home page with my vetecc account details, but still unable to access it. Should I be using my HR.net username and password?

Hi Jo,

Not sure if you have managed to do this yet or not. Your vetecc.com login details will only give you access to vetecc.com so if your HR.net details don't give you access to the training area, please contact Vets Now directly on Monday to clarify.

How do I find the moodle on line training course for the ATV presentation need to complete by end of march.

You should now be able to access the Vets Now Zone area where you should find what you are after. If you need any more help re the training course, please contact appropriate Vets Now staff directly.

Hi, I seem to be having the same problem- I had previously registered and started my modules but now cannot seem to gain access!
I hope I have not lost my work so far :( please can you help

Please complete your profile to include which Vets Now practice you work at and then I can give you access to the Vets Now Zone where you will hopefully find what you need.

Hi, I am struggling to find the link to Moodle to start my 12 week induction modules. I don't seem to have the 'Vets Now Zone' link at the top of the Vet Ecc webpage. Could you please help me with this?

I have given you access to the Vets Now Zone but I am not sure if that does/does not resolve your issue. If it doesn't, please email using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the screen and someone will get it sorted for you.
