The course begins with updating delegates on advances in analgesia in small animals. Analgesia provision is then incorporated into the anaesthesia plan. An overview of the different techniques of anaesthesia is covered moving onto an in-depth evaluation of monitoring the anaesthetised patient.
Topics such as fluid therapy will also be covered focusing on optimising fluid therapy for the more critical patient.
Finally the course will conclude with an in-depth session on anaesthesia emergencies and CPCR and the latest ideas.
